I just wanted to send a letter of thanks to you and your staff for the wonderful service I received on New Year's Eve. To refresh your memory, we called around 7:30PM with a furnace problem, our furnace was very, very old and finally gave up. We are new parent's and homeowners and didn't know who to call. Some friends of ours recommended Apex Heating so we called and to our surprise, a real person answered the phone. Jason was very patient and took the time to listen to our problem. Within 30 minutes Jason was at our door. He was very pleasant and easy to work with, even though it was late at night on a holiday. After looking at our furnace, it wasn't hard to see that it was a lost cause. The entire furnace was rusted and the blower had failed. Further examination revealed several rust holes in the heater exchanger. It was clear we needed a new furnace. After exploring our options we decided on a new Rheem modulating furnace.

I was shocked when Jason said he would install our furnace that night! By this time it was 9:00PM on New Year's Eve and Jason was on his way to get our new furnace. He had it up and running before midnight and returned the following day to finish the job. Even though the timing was awful, Jason took the extra time to make sure the job was done perfectly down to the last detail. The best part was he didn't even charge us extra to do the job in the middle of the night. He wouldn't even let us pay for the service call. (Jason we still owe you that beer we promised)

The new furnace is great! Our house is very comfortable and the bedroom where our nine week old daughter sleeps is finally as warm as the rest of the house. The other contractor did not install my tankless water heater to code and the quality of work was so poor on both the water heater and furnace. I had the other company remove their equipment. Apex was able to come to my house the same day I had the other equipment removed and put in a different and better furnace, water heater and a/c unit, so I was never without heat or hot water. Even though it was a busy time of the year for them they were able to get me in their schedule. They had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are very honest and very professional. The quality of work they did cannot even compare to what I have experienced firsthand with different company. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a furnace or a/c unit. –R.M. in DePere

Great experience. I hired Apex after hearing their AD on WTAQ. I have been impressed with them on both visits. They suggested a 2 stage motor upgrade for my furnace which will save me money. Apex sent a man over for an estimate. He was super polite, called when he was 10 min late, explained everything very well. Since their estimate was considerably lower than the others, and included repair work on our "new" air conditioner, we had them install a new furnace. They arrived on time, all the workmen were very polite, they laid down rugs for them to walk in and out of the house on. They were very respectful, closing and opening doors quietly. They explained the whole system to us including how to work the thermostat. They offered us a maintenance plan that is wonderful, but were not pushy about signing up for it! My wife and I interviewed three contractors one of which was the contractor that installed our furnace when we built the house. Jason was the last contractor to quote and my wife and I both thought we had our decision made on one of the previous contractors before Jason arrived. We even talked a bit about calling Jason to cancle our appointment.
