My experience with Apex was fantastic. My furnace went out the morning of December 29th. They had a technician to my house in less than 45 minutes. Troy was fantastic. He fixed the issue with the furnace quickly and efficiently. The service from both Troy and the receptionist at Apex HQ could not have been better. Apex will get all my future heating/air conditioning business. Period. *** I should add – I had another heating/air conditioning tech to the house before I called Apex. Although very friendly, he ultimately produced a very unfriendly bottom line repair cost. I decided to get a second opinion. Apex showed up, found the REAL problem, and fixed it for half the price the previous company quoted. Outstanding.

I wanted to contact you in appreciation of your excellent service reps. As without fail my AC stopped working on a weekend, Sunday, the hottest day of the year so far. I am quite capable of making my own repairs within reason so I knew that the start/run capacitor had trashed itself during the night. I looked in the yellow pages for AC services and called ******** since they were the closest to my residence. I explained my situation and inquired if I could purchase a capacitor from them if I would pick it up at their business on Velp Ave. The explanation I got from their answering service was that they would only make a service call or other maintenance on a weekend is if there was a health risk to one of the occupants! I have often listened to your ads on WTAQ radio so I gave Apex a call and left a phone message. Within less than 5 minutes I received a call back from Jason. After explaining my situation he arranged for me to pick up the capacitor that I needed at another Tech’s home in Bellevue. Not only did I get the right part I needed but after telling my “story” he suggested an additional part that will help in the future. I installed the new parts on my AC and now it works like a dream again. Thank you Apex and your thoughtful associates. You will always be recommended by me.
APEX- On the 19th of January- 2015 we had a new furnace put in by Dan Delforge and Eric. As I watched this, I asked questions and was given polite answers. I had a few new things put on it. The humidifier being set at 35% has given my wife “dry nose” complete relief in 2 days, her eyes also feel better. We both love the fan that can run all the time. Both Theresa and myself are very proud to have chosen Apex and your entire staff for doing such a good job. Rest assured that when asked who installs furnaces, we will say Apex! We are so happy with the new unit! Eyes & Nose relief! It’s great!
Today I experienced great customer service from the staff at Apex Heating and Conditioning of Green Bay. Our furnace stopped working during the snowstorm of March 2016 and they were at our house within an hour. Troy explained the problem completely as well as fixed it. He was very professional and personable. We will definitely use their services again.
